Soviet Montage
A soviet Montage is a theory of editing that developed in soviet Russia, that states that the way which a sequence is edited will influence the audiences understanding of the way they are seeing. Montage uses juxtaposition between different shots to create conflict and create new meaning. This montage that myself and my team members created was a prime example of a soviet montage. In this clip i had to act like the trouble maker of a pupil in a classroom then after my attitude changes and i start being a good pupil and start doing my work. Emmanuel was the lazy pupil who always sleeps in lessons and doesn't get to do any work. But Stephen in the other hand is the clever one who always does his work. Cieron was the director, jake was the camera man then after all of that the last few bits everyone started doing the harlem shake.
